Hello, everyone! its so nice to finally be posting on my site again, it was down for a couple of days and those have to be the most stressful days ever, but i’m glad they’re now in the past and everything is as good as new!

Ive been on a major shopping kick lately, and one of my favorite sites to scroll through is Daraz.pk! i feel like as always i’m very late to hop on the Daraz train but better late than never. I’ve just been ordering all sorts of stuff from the site and it has very quickly become dangerous, at least my bank balance will agree.

Its been a while since i bought anything from Makeup Revolution, and i remember it being one of the drugstore brands that i really liked two years back, so i decided to pick up my laptop and par ooze trough the makeup revolution collection at daraz.

I came across the Fortune favors the brave palette and as soon as i saw it, it went straight into the basket. The palette has gorgeous packaging, and anything that has gold, rose gold or matte black packaging it goes straight into my cart, basically if i could i would buy everything i see :’) (i’m serious guys, my shopping addiction has started to get out of control! *help*)

The palette comes with 30 GORGEOUS shades! there is so much potential in the palette, you can create very casual neutral looks to crazy intense smoky ones, there is a great variety of matte and baked shimmer shades. I love each and every shade in the palette, although i do wish the palette had at least one orange shade, but I’m very content with what the palette has to offer.

The texture is very buttery smooth, i feel like its so weird when beauty bloggers describe makeup as if it were food, and i thought for a good minute trying to come up with a synonym Β for buttery smooth and this is what i found; mild, gentle, polished…so its best to stick with buttery smooth then , right!

The colors are very pigmented which i feel is consistent across all makeup revolution eyeshadows. I love the longevity of the colors and how easy each and every shade blends, even the dark ones!

Overall i love the palette and i feel like its a great product to add to your collection especially if you are on a budget and you want a palette that will be useful in creating a number of looks πŸ™‚

I have yet to hop on the Daraz bandwagon πŸ˜‰ but guess I might now. The palette sure does look gorgeous.

  • I am more in love with the packaging than the palette itself but it seems like a nice addition to the eyeshadow palette stash! πŸ™‚ x
