Hello ladies, hope you are alright and hanging tight because its gotten hotter, almost everyday the temperature is boiling, but stay calm and make SPF your bff, hopefully by the end of May it’ll get better, and MAY omg 2015 is going by like a rocket!

Anyway, i recently ordered the makeup revolution chocolate palettes from just4girls.pk, i reviewed the I <3 chocolate palette a few weeks a go, and since then i have made it my mission to test the naked chocolate palette!

After putting it through various challenges (a makeup palette can actually go through) i have to say i LOVE it!

naked chocolate palette

First look of the palette reminded me of naked 3, solely because it has a lot of pinky rose gold shades and shades that can or could be classified in the same family, now i’m a sucker for rose gold so my love for this palette build up quite naturally, but i have to say it has a lot more to offer compared to naked 3, why? Because i feel like when you look at naked 3 the only thing you see is rose gold and pink, theres only one too many looks one can create with pink eye shadow, also i think pink is not a color for every skin tone and eye color, so that is why the naked chocolate palette wins for me as it delivers in variety of color options.

Next up, pigmentation, being a drugstore palette i was prepared for the colors to be chalky and less pigmented but i was pleasantly surprised to discover how wrong i was! The palette has amazing pigmentation almost at par with sleek eye shadow palettes which are known to be the queen of pigmentation, i have to say makeup revolution were definitely playing on their next level whilst making the chocolate palettes, all the colors are brilliantly pigmented, the shimmer shades are just spot on, they are far from chalky and blend seamlessly.

The packaging of the palette is SO CUTE, almost good enough to eat, its a 3D chocolate shaped palette and every hoarders fantasy, the primary reason why i purchased this was because of the packaging, apparently brands know how to capitalize by making us want products just because they have nice packaging! Well played 🙂 Moving on, the palette comes with 16 shades with a mix of shimmer and matte shades, it also comes with a ginormous mirror which is great, not a sling point but great none the less.The shades are every neutral eyeshadow hoarders dream to collect, my favorite colors are milky, way, divine and choc fest, i love how they look on and how well they blend, smoothy is a great color to use on the brow bone, also i like to use it on the inner corners it just makes my look put together !

Here are the swatches off all the colors;
